Intro to Yoga followed by a Guided Meditation - (Fee $25)
This will be a slow-paced class where we explore the basic fundamentals of yoga, followed by a guided meditation where students can unwind, breathe and release stress. Students will learn how to connect breath with movement through basic postures combined with gentle stretching.
What To Bring: A yoga mat and a personal water bottle.
